Returns & Exchanges

At Something Went Wrong, we believe fashion should be fearless, but if your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are in their original unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  • 2.
    Package Your Items

    Place the items back in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring the Return Authorization form is included inside the parcel.

  • 3.
    Affix the Shipping Label

    Download and print the pre-paid shipping label from your email, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
